Glenda - Appointment CoordinatorGlenda grew up in NE Washington and attended Spokane Community College where she received her certification in dental assisting. After assisting for many years, she switched to the administration side of dentistry. Glenda first worked for Dr. Bradshaw in the late ‘90s and returned to the practice in 2015 after being a stay-at-home mom to her two kids. She enjoys spending time with her children, attending sporting events and being active outdoors.  Noelle - Insurance Expert and Office ManagerNoelle followed her family to the Tri-Cities after growing up in Spokane. She began her dental career with a good friend of Dr. Bradshaw's in 1991 and after taking time off from dentistry to be with her children she returned to dentistry and was able to add her 10+ years of dental office administration and insurance knowledge to the team in 2013. She keeps current on the ever-changing insurance industry and is happy to help our patients navigate the use of their benefits. Outside of the office you can find Noelle on the golf course with her family, enjoying a good book, or traveling around the Pacific Northwest.  Verna - Dental Assistant MasterVerna is Dr. Bradshaw's certified dental assistant extraordinaire who returned to the team after honing her exceptional skills with another Tri-Cities dentist. After growing up in Pasco and raising her two boys in Burbank, Verna's personable nature has led her to know someone almost everywhere she goes. She enjoys spending her time with her grandchildren and family.  Tammy - Dental HygienistAfter growing up in Marysville, WA., Tammy began her dental journey with Dr. Bradshaw as a dental assistant in 1994 and expanded her dental knowledge as a member of the first graduating class from Columbia Basin College’s dental hygiene program. Tammy’s advanced training led her to become the first hygienist in the Tri-Cities to be certified in Perioscopy, a dental microscope to aid in deep cleanings. Tammy enjoys traveling with her husband and spending time with their two daughters.  Danna - Dental HygienistDanna amassed her dental hygiene experience throughout Washington state after receiving her dental hygiene training from Clark College in Vancouver, WA., including working in her hometown of Wenatchee before settling down in the Tri-Cities and eventually joining our team in 2003. You can find Danna spending her time outside the office with family and friends or reading a good book.  Valerie - Dental HygienistValerie grew up in the Tri-Cities and returned here after completing her dental hygiene training at Oregon Health & Science University. She Became a valued member of the team in 1999. Valerie's caring personality is evident with how she treats every patient. Her passion is to provide the best care possible and make each visit an enjoyable experience. |
